  • Evaluate contractor’s methods and approach.
     
  • Monitor pricing and review pay requests.
     
  • Review work schedules.
     
  • Provide recommendations for permitting, budgeting, scheduling and the execution of the work as requested by the general contractor.
     
  • Identify long lead items and assist with ordering.
     
  • Conduct on-site inspections and report on progress.
     
  • Assist with evaluating on-site supervision.
     
  • Devise methods of expediting project.
     
  • Inspect completed work and assist with creating punch lists.
