projects start as ideas. At the outset, it is important to determine if
those ideas have merit and are financially sound and plausible. Project
Coordinators Inc. can conduct the research, analyze the data and provide
summary information to you regarding the feasibility of your project.
We will meet with local officials, obtain critical development
information, and apply our analysis to a model which will allow you to
determine if your project is feasible. Some of the services we will
provide are as follows:

Consult with, advise, assist, and make recommendations to the Client
on the feasibility of the project, including planning, design and
construction aspects of the project implementation.

Review project specifications, and make recommendations with respect
to construction feasibility.

Provide design, planning and project development cost projections
and preliminary construction cost estimates.

Oversee
preparation of conceptual construction drawings and project
specifications.

Meet and
interview potential design team members, including but not limited
to building and landscape architects and electrical, mechanical,
structural, and geotechnical engineers.

Meet with
local governmental and review agencies to determine project
viability.

Prepare
preliminary timeline estimates and review cash flow requirements.
